Your New Role


This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, market expansion and commercial strategy across a diverse and evolving service offering.



Responsibilities will include


Defining and executing revenue and growth strategies aligned to long-term business objectives Leading commercial strategy across consultancy, assurance and emerging technology offerings Establishing forecasting, pipeline management and deal governance frameworks Driving recurring revenue opportunities and strengthening enterprise client relationships Supporting the commercialisation of new technologies, equipment and solution-based offerings Translating complex technical solutions into clear commercial value propositions Leading strategic partnerships, major tenders and enterprise negotiations Overseeing marketing direction, brand positioning and demand generation initiatives Supporting innovation and market-launch activities across new products and services Ensuring commercial commitments align with operational capability and delivery standards Managing commercial governance, pricing structures and contractual risk Building, coaching and developing a high-performing commercial team Implementing structured sales processes, performance standards and reporting cadences Supporting long-term growth initiatives across national and international markets

Your Profile


You are a commercially astute and strategic sales leader who thrives in environments where growth, innovation and purpose are closely connected.

You are highly capable of building structure, leading teams and translating technical capability into credible commercial outcomes. You enjoy solving complex business challenges, developing long-term growth strategies and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.



As well as this, you will have


  • Extensive senior sales leadership experience • Proven experience driving revenue growth and commercial expansion • Strong commercial negotiation and contract management capability • Experience leading and developing high-performing teams • The ability to engage confidently with executive stakeholders and enterprise clients • Strong strategic thinking and operational discipline • Experience working within technical, industrial, infrastructure, environmental or related sectors • Strong financial and commercial acumen with understanding of margin and risk management • Excellent communication and leadership skills • The ability to balance innovation, growth and operational capability • High levels of professionalism, integrity and accountability • Full working rights in Australia

Experience within water management, environmental services, healthcare, industrial operations, infrastructure or technical consulting environments will be highly regarded.
