About the Role

We are seeking a highly capable ICT Project Manager with experience in supporting digital transformation, technology project delivery, and multi stakeholder coordination across complex environments. This role will support QMark Solutions' consulting and enterprise architecture engagements, ensuring programs and projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with governance and strategic frameworks.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of program coordination, strong vendor and contract management capability, excellent reporting skills, and a passion for driving clarity and structure within dynamic transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, initiate, and manage ICT projects from conception through to completion. • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. • Coordinate project resources, including technical teams, vendors, and contractors. • Monitor project progress, budgets, and risks to ensure successful delivery. • Prepare project documentation, reports, and implementation plans. • Ensure projects comply with organisational standards, governance frameworks, and ICT best practices. • Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, technical teams, and senior management. • Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of ICT systems and processes.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related discipline
• Minimum 5+ years' experience in ICT in project management roles, project coordination, or PMO roles within technology, digital transformation, or financial inclusion environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing multi-country projects (Asia, Africa and America).
• Strong familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall project delivery; PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification highly regarded.
• Proven capability in contract administration, vendor management, and partner coordination.
• Advanced stakeholder engagement, communication, and documentation skills.
• Experience with system integration, data governance, and digital platform implementation.
• Capability in data analytics and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to simplify complex information.
• Having ICT Project Management experience in NGO/NFP would be advantageous
