Are you a General Practitioner who is passionate about whole‑person care and looking to practise medicine in a way that truly supports patients with chronic illness and mental health conditions?
We are seeking a GP who is excited to work in an integrative healthcare environment, collaborating closely with acupuncturists, naturopaths and allied health practitioners to deliver patient‑centred, evidence‑informed care.

The Opportunity
This role is ideal for a GP who
- Enjoys managing chronic disease, mental health, and complex presentations
- Values working alongside psychologists and specialists such as psychiatrists and rheumatologists, as well as acupuncture and naturopathy, rather than in isolation
- Wants to practise in a clinic that prioritises quality care over throughput
- Is open to learning and contributing within an integrative model of care
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high‑quality, patient‑centred GP services
- Diagnose and manage chronic illness and mental health conditions
- Develop collaborative care plans with integrative practitioners
- Refer appropriately and work closely with allied health providers
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Practise in line with professional standards, guidelines and legislation
- Build long‑term therapeutic relationships with patients
About You
- Fellowship with RACGP or eligibility for registration;
- Current AHPRA registration or eligibility for unrestricted registration as a general practitioner;
- Demonstrated experience or strong interest in chronic disease and mental health
- Genuine openness to integrative and collaborative models of care
- Excellent communication and patient‑engagement skills
- Commitment to ethical, evidence‑informed practice
