Your New Role

As the Carpenter, you will apply your trade skills to hands-on work associated with shed, carport and patio projects in the FNQ region. You will work from plans and measurements, prepare and fit components, and deliver accurate, safe workmanship.

As well as this, you will be responsible for

Measure, cut, prepare and assemble materials and components accurately from plans.

Carry out carpentry and fitting tasks on site, using hand and power tools safely.

Your Profile

Pride in accurate, consistent workmanship

Strong attention to measurements, plans and finishing details

Good organisation and a reliable approach to site work

Ability to work independently and alongside other trades

Clear communication and a practical approach to problem-solving

As well as this, you will have

A carpentry trade qualification or substantial relevant experience

Experience with sheds, carports, patios or light steel structures is advantageous

Ability to read plans and use hand and power tools competently

A current driver's licence and Construction White Card
